Fees and Payments.
(a) Subscription fees will be billed either quarterly or monthly, depending on your chosen option. Please be aware that the fees differ between quarterly and monthly subscription plans. You agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and any additional charges (including taxes) at the rates in effect at the time they are incurred. All charges will be automatically billed to the credit card you provided at the time of subscription. All fees and charges are nonrefundable, except as required by law. We reserve the right to change the current fees and charges or introduce new ones, with prior notice to you.
(b) Your subscription will automatically renew at the start of each subscription period unless you choose to cancel it. You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the “Member Access” link at the top of the homepage while logged in. Cancellations will take effect on your next billing date, allowing you access for the rest of your current subscription period without further charges. Subscription fees are nonrefundable and cannot be prorated. To avoid being billed for the renewal period, you must cancel your subscription before it renews.
